Roundtable "Clean Energy Hub Abu Dhabi: a framework for low carbon commodities trading in the Gulf”

The first ZETA (Zero Emissions Traders Alliance) Roundtable on "Clean Energy Hub Abu Dhabi: a framework for low carbon commodities trading in the Gulf" took place at New York University, Abu Dhabi, on 13 September 2023. This significant event aimed to raise awareness among key stakeholders in the UAE about the influential role of market tools in advancing industry decarbonization.

The roundtable laid a strong foundation for future discussions that will continue to evolve in the months ahead. Centered around crucial subjects such as certification and standardization, the primary objective was to equip the UAE with essential market concepts.
