As part of a study trip to Brussels within the framework of the Jean Monnet Module (JMM) of a project awarded to ADA University and its Centre of Excellence in EU Studies, the guest
discussion was designed to be led by the following guest speakers:
Mr Damjan Krnjević Mišković
Director for Policy Research, Analysis, and Publications of the
Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD) at ADA University; Professor of Practice at ADA University’s School of Public and International Affairs; and Co-Editor of IDD’s policy journal Baku Dialogues
Mr Akmed Gumbatov
Head of the Energy and Sustainable Development Program at the
Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD) of ADA University

The discussion was moderated by Dr. Marat Terterov, with active participation of the
Institute for Development and Diplomacy representatives, BREC Advisory Board members and guests.
