Nadežda Kokotović is a professional in the field of external relations, advocacy, Russia, the EU, Western Balkans and energy. She has more than 15 years of experience in Government Affairs in corporations and development organisations. From 2012 to 2018 she was in charge of European affairs for the Serbian company NIS Gazprom Neft. She created the first corporate EU Liaison Office in Serbia and set up the first Serbian Representation in Brussels. From 2009 to 2017 she was the Chief of Staff to the CEO of NIS Gazprom Neft and deputy CEO of Gazprom Neft, Kirill Kravchenko. In this context she was in charge of his VIP personal and corporate relations in Serbia, South East Europe, Russia, the EU and with different global and regional organizations. She was also in charge of NIS CEO Offices in Belgrade Moscow, St.Petersburg. Acted as his speech writer and co-author of his presentations and lectures.
Prior to working for NIS, from from 2003 to 2009, she worked in the Austrian development organisation SOS Kinderdorf International as an Advocacy Adviser for their Continetnal Office CEE/CIS/Baltics in Vienna. Nadezda is highly skilled in management, team and process organisation. She holds a Bachelor's degree and MA in Russian studies from Belgrade University and an MA in International Relations from the University of Kent. She is fluent in Russian and English. She is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as resident of Belgium. She is 40 years old.
